PGA Championship Round 3 Suspended For Day

Saturday play at the PGA Championship was suspended and will resume on Sunday morning. Co-leaders Jimmy Walker and Robert Streb never got to tee off at Baltusrol for their third round, nor did Jason Day and Emiliano Grillo, along with a few other groups. According to the PGA, only 36 of the 86 players who made the cut finished the third round.

The third round will resume at 7 am. ET, with the final round starting at 8:40 am. Interestingly, there will be no reorder after the conclusion of round three as the same pairings and order will be used for the final round – meaning Walker-Streb, Day-Grillo, et al will play 36 holes together no matter how they finish after the first 18.

Here’s the official word.
