Phil Mickelson Always Finds a Way, Gets Up and Down From Behind a Wall

Mickelson’s tee shot on the par 3 6th at Crooked Stick during the first round of the BMW Championshop left him with a lie behind a small wooden wall protecting the green.

From there he did what he always does: finds a way.

The best part is you can hear on the broadcast that it’s a man made obstruction and Phil likely could have had a relief from his spot or maybe even had the gallery move the wall. No thanks Phil said, I’ll just hit it over it to within a couple feet to save par.

Phil being Phil.
