Callaway’s new X Forged irons go on sale early next month – 11/3/2017 to be exact.
According to the Carlsbad, CA-based golf equipment maker, the new clubs are engineered to deliver a “tremendous combination of performance, control, turf interaction, and feel in a triple net forging.”
Callaway’s proprietary ‘Triple Net Forging’ process is meant to produce “aggressive grooves” and “extreme precision” in order to create better feel, ball flight, and “interaction” with the turf.
The design is said to be “popular with Tour players around the world.”
