Watch Henrik Stenson’s Barefoot Triple Bogey

0

Henrik Stenson has had a tough go of it at Bay Hill this week. And none tougher than at the 11th hole on Friday, where Stenson required FOUR SHOTS to get out of the water hazard area – and then closed it with a barefoot putt for triple bogey.

Stenson, who has not finished outside the top-10 in four straight starts at Bay Hill, ended his two rounds at 6-over and missed the cut. The triple-bogey was the culmination of a nightmarish five-hole (6-over-par) stretch where Stenson went bogey, double-bogey, par, par, triple-bogey.

Golf really is hard.

Exit question: Was Stenson nuts to step in the water after gator sightings? Yes.
