As the old saying goes, when in Rome do as the Romans do. And when in Canada, shoot some pucks, eh?!

Jack Nicklaus, the designer of Glen Abbey Golf Course, was on hand for Golf Canada’s Opening Ceremonies, and as part as the festivities, the 18-time major champion gave his try at the country’s national past time.

It was reportedly the first time the 78-year-old Nicklaus had ever picked up a hockey stick.
