Brooke Henderson Cards an Ace, Wins a Car, and Leads at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship

Brooke Henderson recorded her first LPGA career hole-in-one during the first round of the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship at Sahalee Country Club in Sammamish, Washington.

The world’s 4th ranked women’s golfer logged the ace on the par-3 13th, using a 7-iron. For her efforts, the 18-year-old Canadian won a brand new Kia 900. She promptly handed the keys to her older sister, Brittany, who’s also her caddie.

For the day, Henderson carded a four-under 67, and holds the first-round lead – two up on Christina Kim and In-Kyung Kim.
