Paige Spiranac posted a video to Instagram, which shows the social media star swinging a golf club at Troon North in Scottsdale, Arizona. While the video seems to be just another native ad for a client (this one Troon North), if you watch it closely (like I did!), there are three simple things that Paige does that could help your game.
1. THE WALK UP
Notice how Paige walks up from behind the ball, visualizing where it needs to go, before she addresses it.
2. FINAL AIM
Paige looks at the target twice – once when she first addresses the ball, and right before she commits to the swing.
3. FACE TARGET
Look at how erect Paige’s hips and chest are, while facing towards the target in fully balanced position.
